Santok Dairy Farm operates the website at santokdairy.com, the Santok Dairy customer applications for iOS and Android, and the private Santok Dairy Owner application used by authorized personnel.

2. Information we collect

When you place or track an order, we may collect:

• Your delivery city, address and optional delivery instructions.
• Order information, including products, quantities, prices, order number, status and expected delivery date.
• A secure order-access credential stored on your browser or device so that the order can be tracked without exposing a sequential database identifier.
• An Apple or Firebase push-notification token if you allow notifications in a mobile application.
• Limited technical and security information, such as request time, request identifier and a privacy-protected network identifier used for rate limiting, security and troubleshooting.

Authorized owner or staff accounts additionally use login details, authorization roles, session information and an audit history of protected order-management actions.

3. How we use information

• To validate, receive and store an order request.
• To contact you about confirmation, availability or delivery.
• To calculate prices and apply delivery rules.
• To show and notify you about order and delivery-date changes.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we use Apple Push Notification service for iOS or Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android to deliver order updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. Disabling notifications does not delete the underlying order record; you can continue to check status inside the service.

5. Service providers and external services

We use service providers only where needed to operate the service, including hosting and database infrastructure, Apple for iOS push delivery, and Google Firebase for Android push delivery. They may process limited information on our behalf under their own legal and security obligations.

The website may load fonts or interface resources supplied by third parties. If you choose an external telephone, email, Instagram or WhatsApp link, your interaction is governed by the privacy terms of that service. We do not send an order to WhatsApp automatically.

6. Data sharing

Information is accessible to Santok Dairy Farm and authorized staff who need it to process or support orders. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or during a legitimate business reorganization. We do not rent or sell customer information.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain order and customer information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the business, support customers, maintain transaction records and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. Security and audit records may be retained for an appropriate operational period. Invalid or replaced notification tokens may be disabled and later removed.

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us using the details below. We will verify the request before acting. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Security

We use measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS, access controls, protected server configuration, prepared database operations, secure order references, authentication controls and restricted administrative access. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

• You may omit an email address and optional delivery instructions.
• You may deny or disable mobile notification permission.
• You may contact us about your information or an order record.
• You may stop using the website or applications at any time.

10. Children’s privacy

The ordering service is intended for adults arranging household purchases and is not designed to solicit information directly from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact us so that we can review the request.
